Healthy Waffles

We got a waffle maker for Christmas and I LOVE it!

We made it our only goal during winter break to perfect our waffle recipe. I wanted one that was both healthy and tasty.

You can play around with the amount, but the winning recipe is below:

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup ish of coconut flour*
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • You can add chia seeds, chocolate chips, etc. or keep them plain

*You can substitute oats or oat flour, almond flour, or any other thickener of your choice.  You may have to adjust the amount to get the right consistency.
